Join us for our 12-week Summer Yoga Series, Starting June 12th!
Gentle Yoga – Tuesdays and Fridays .
Classes focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath, deep breathing, stretching and helping students to gain greater strength, stability and flexibility. Gentle yoga moves slower, using classical Hatha yoga postures, emphasizing correct alignment, modifications and variations to accommodate all levels of yoga students.Tuesday and Friday Gentle Yoga.
All props are provided. All levels are welcome.
Runs June 12th – July 31st
9:15 am – 10:15 am
One class per week: $160. Two classes per week: $280.
Three classes per week: $360. Single drop-in class: $15.
