Join us for a 10-week Spring Yoga Flow Series!

In this 10-week Gentle Yoga Flow series you will learn and practice classic yoga postures (Asana), build strength,  gain better flexibility, balance, body awareness, relieve stress and center yourself, all while having fun!

Each class varies and may include Sanskrit, meditation (Dhyana), breath work (Pranayama), sun salutations, standing postures, balancing poses, back bends, forward folds, twists, deep stretching, soothing music, detailed instruction, modifications, and more.

All props are provided.  All levels are welcome.

Tuesday, 9:15 – 10:15, Starting  3/6/18-5/15/18

Friday, 9:15 – 10:15, Starting  3/9/18 – 5/18/18

One Series Cost: $130. Two Series Cost:  $240.  Drop-in: $15
