Fall in love with yoga in this 10-week Gentle Yoga Flow Series. This 10-week Tuesday and/or Friday Series begins August 29th. During the series, you will learn classic yoga postures, correct alignment, build strength, gain greater flexibility & body awareness, relieve stress and center yourself, all while having fun! Weekly we’ll explore the balance between effort and relaxation as we combine the strength and focus of held postures and the serenity and release of breath directed movement. Each class will include meditation & breath work, sun salutations, standing postures, balancing poses, back bends, forward folds, twists, deep stretching, soothing music and more. All props are provided. All levels are welcome.
