    Join us for our 12-week Summer Yoga Series, Starting June 12th!
    Tuesday and Friday Gentle Yoga. Thursday Restorative Yoga.
    Weekly we’ll explore the balance between effort and relaxation as we combine the strength and focus of held postures and the serenity and release of breath directed movement.

    During this Series you will learn: classic yoga postures, correct alignment, yogic breathing, some Sanskrit and meditation.
    Benefits of this Series are: you will build strength and stability, gain greater flexibility and body awareness, improve balance, relieve stress, center yourself, deeply relax and renew, all while having fun!
    All props are provided. All levels are welcome.

    Runs June 12th – August 31st_
    Series Cost:
    One class per week: $160. Two classes per week: $280.
    Three classes per week: $360. Single drop-in class: $15.
